Auto Talent Recruitment Savings – Terms & Conditions

These T&Cs apply to all recruitment services provided by Auto Talent & Consulting (“the Agency”). By engaging our services, the Client agrees to the following:

1. Guarantee Period: If a candidate placed by the Agency resigns or is terminated on legal grounds within 90 days, the Agency will provide one replacement candidate at no additional charge. The Agency has 90 days from notification to source and present a replacement.

2. Payment & Guarantee Conditions: The placement fee must be paid in full on or before 30th September 2025 for the guarantee to apply.

3. Non-Refundable Payments: All upfront payments and pre-payments for placements are non-refundable. No credit or refund will be issued for change of mind or cancellation of a role.

4. Discounts: Recruitment savings apply as advertised and are valid for six months from purchase date.

5. Replacement Guarantee Limitations: If the Agency cannot provide a suitable replacement under the guarantee, a credit note for 50% of the original placement fee may be issued, valid for 12 months.

6. Fee Structure & Cancellations: Auto Talent operates on a fixed placement-fee model. A cancellation of a role after engagement may incur fees as specified.

7. Exclusions: No refund or credit will be provided if employment ends due to redundancy or retrenchment.

8. General: Offers cannot be combined with other promotions and are non-transferable. Auto Talent reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time.
