STORY
After many years in the automotive industry, I’ve had the opportunity to work across a variety of roles with some of the biggest brands, both national and global. From sales and account management to building partnerships with suppliers, distributors and OEMs, these experiences gave me invaluable insight into how the industry operates at every level.
Along the way, I discovered my passion for people and helping them find the right opportunities and supporting businesses in building high-performing teams. That’s what led me to recruitment.
What sets me apart is that I don’t just understand recruitment, I understand automotive. I know the pressures, the expectations, and the skills needed to thrive in this fast-paced sector, and I use that knowledge to create genuine connections between talent and opportunity.
My career in recruitment began as a Consultant, before stepping into Account Management and later being promoted to a Talent Acquisition & Sales Executive role.
These years taught me not only the mechanics of recruitment but also the importance of building trust, understanding people, and delivering real value.
With that foundation, I took the leap and launched Auto Talent to create something Australia had never truly seen before, a recruitment and consultancy business dedicated exclusively to the automotive industry, ran by someone who spent over a decade working in amongst it.

We also provide HR consulting, automotive marketing, business coaching, and personal development, with some of Australia’s best consultants as part of our team. My
STORY
My career all kicked off with none other than the powerhouse that is Ryco Filters, which at the time also included Goss Engine Management.
I began in their Customer Service team, where I learned the nuts and bolts of filtration and engine management while building strong relationships with customers and workshops. Before long, I made the leap into sales, becoming Ryco’s very first female Territory Manager, a milestone I’ll always be proud of.
Over almost five years, I had the privilege of travelling nationally, meeting workshops across Australia, and immersing myself in the aftermarket world. Those experiences not only deepened my technical knowledge, they also ignited my passion for the industry and my drive to explore it further.
That drive took me to Burson Auto Parts, where I joined the team as a Sales Representative. Burson gave me the chance to expand my aftermarket knowledge even further, while also allowing me to work alongside some of the best mentors in the business. It was an invaluable opportunity to grow, strengthen customer relationships, and sharpen my commercial and sales skills in a highly competitive market.
But there’s always another side to the story — and for me, that was stepping into the dealership and OE world.
My entry into that space came through Toyota Motor Corporation Australia, where I worked in a project team as a Specialist Case Advisor.
This role was a whole new challenge, giving me exposure to the scale and structure of one of the world’s most respected automotive brands. It added yet another vital paver to my career path and gave me a broader perspective on the industry.
At that point, I thought to myself: “Maybe there’s more to life than automotive?” well as it turns out.... THERES NOT!
So I tried something different and moved into recruitment. I started as an Account Manager before being promoted to Talent Acquisition and Sales Executive, which opened up a new world of opportunities. But as fate would have it, the automotive industry wasn’t done with me yet. When a major aftermarket brand came on board as a client, it set off a chain reaction of others reaching out for my services. Before I knew it , I was right back where I belonged.
That’s when the lightbulb moment happened. It only made sense to merge my two passions, helping people and automotive, and so Auto Talent was born.
