They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee and manage Their manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient production of their automotive components while maintaining the highest quality standards. Full time position
8am till 5pm
$70,000 - $75,000 + Super (Depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
Supervision: Lead and motivate a team of production staff, providing guidance and support to ensure production targets and quality standards are met.
Production Planning: Collaborate with the Purchase Officer to develop and execute production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products to meet customer demands.
Quality Control: Monitor production processes to maintain the highest quality standards.
Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance overall productivity.
Safety: Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing safety guidelines and procedures, and promoting a culture of safety awareness.
Assembling: This is a ‘hands on’ role involving active participation and direct engagement in manufacturing tasks and activities.
Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a production or manufacturing supervisory role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
