HEY, I'M BROOKE!
After spending many years in the automotive industry, working in sales for some of the biggest names, both nationally and globally, I decided to pursue another passion of mine - recruitment.
My journey started as a Recruitment Consultant, then to an Account Manager, and later promoted to Talent Acquisition & Sales Executive. This provided me with invaluable experience and expertise, inspiring me to launch my own business.
With Auto Talent, I’ve created a platform that offers tailored, specialised recruitment services designed to help individuals and businesses achieve their goals. What sets me apart is my deep connection to and understanding of the automotive sector. Having worked with suppliers, distributors, and OEMs, I bring first-hand knowledge and insights into the unique demands of this industry.

HOW IT ALL STARTED...
My career all kicked off with no other than the powerhouse that is Ryco Filters and back in those days, also included Goss Engine Management.
Starting in their Customer Service team, I then moved through to become their very first female Territory Manager.
Spending almost 5 years learning about filtration and having the privilege to meet many workshops nationally, this grew my passion to want to explore and learn more about the industry and other brands.
My next stop was Burson Auto Parts!
I joined their amazing team as a Sales Representative and furthered my aftermarket parts knowledge.
This opportunity not only presented itself with further learning, but also the building of great relationships with customers and having some of the best mentors in the industry to guide me.
But then there's the other side of the industry.... dealership and OE.
Toyota Motor Corporation Australia was my entry into that space, working in a project team as a Specialist Case Advisor. I gathered more expertise and added yet another vital paver to my career path.
I then had a thought that maybe their is more to life than Automotive?
As it turns out... THERE'S NOT!
I had a career change into recruitment. Starting as an Account Manager and then promoted to Talent Acquisition and Sales Executive. The stars then aligned, as a major aftermarket auto company came on board and started a chain reaction of others who were seeking my services and BAM! Right back in!
So it only made sense to merge my two passions, and Auto Talent was born!
EXPERIENCE ALWAYS MATTERS!
After working with industry leading Aftermarket Automotive companies, as well as Dealerships and OE, I also expanded my knowledge from not just only the passenger vehicle side of the industry but also the commercial side.
By working closely with Velocity Truck Centres as their contracted Senior Talent Acquisition Partner of the business, I was able to broaden my understanding of the trucking industry, especially with their brands like Mercedes Benz, Freightliner and Fuso. I am fortunate to have extensive Automotive Industry knowledge to serve my clients and candidates which sets me apart from the rest.
