Do you offer a guarantee on placements?
Yes. If a candidate placed by Auto Talent leaves within the first 90 days through no fault of the employer, or if the employer has valid legal grounds to terminate employment, we’ll provide a suitable replacement candidate at no additional cost. This ensures peace of mind and minimises disruption to your business.
How are your fees structured?
We work on a fixed placement-fee model (not a percentage of salary), keeping costs transparent and predictable.
When do I need to pay?
An initial 50% deposit is required upfront before advertising begins. The balance is due once the candidate has signed their employment contract.
What happens if the role is cancelled?
If a role is cancelled after we’ve started working on it, a cancellation fee of 50% of the agreed placement fee will apply to cover the time and resources already invested.
What if Auto Talent can’t find the right candidate?
In rare cases where a placement can’t be made, a minimum service fee of $1,000 + GST per role will apply. This covers work already completed, including job ads, screening, and candidate interviews.
How quickly can you present candidates?
Typically, we provide a shortlist of suitable candidates within 5–15 business days (depending on level of role) of receiving your job brief.
How do you screen candidates?
We carefully review every application and conduct phone interviews with candidates who meet your criteria. From there, we provide you with a shortlist of qualified candidates along with their resumes for your consideration.
